If you’re visiting this site as a K-20 educator, and you’re interested in personal one-on-one technology instruction, then please select one of the following categories based what specific interests you have.  If you are interested in learning multiple things, that’s okay, you can come back to this page at any time to learn more!

Introductory Level

Web 2.o Tools – Learn how to use and create blogs, wikis, podcasts, screencasts, and more for instructional and/or personal use

Intermediate Level

Gamification – Learn how to use game based learning principles in your classroom setting to encourage, motivate, and further engage your students in 21st century skills and STEM-oriented thinking!

Advanced Level

Now that you know how to use Web 2.0 tools effectively, and you know how to create multifaceted projects with them, it’s time to take your training to the next level.  This professional development adventure focuses on combining the use of multiple tools to create (and to teach your students how to create) video games, machinima, short films, eBooks, etc.

Alternate Adventures

If you’re interested in having your students learn all of the things on this page, but you don’t feel comfortable introducing them yourself, I will be more than happy to visit your classroom (pending proper permissions from your school district/administration) and instruct your students on your behalf.  Please note that this will be an extended commitment of time, as I will not be able to teach all of your students in one visit how to create advanced projects!
